Cancellation Fee
Please note that a cancellation fee, equal to the appointment fee, will apply if an appointment is canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or if the client does not show up within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Florida.
